AquaSeal HS is a single-component, water-based, urethane-modified acrylic sealer designed to protect and enhance concrete and masonry surfaces with a clear, breathable finish. Offering excellent durability and UV stability, it dries to a satin or matte sheen and resists yellowing, wear patterns, and moisture intrusion—making it an ideal sealer for both new and existing indoor or outdoor surfaces.

Apply with a pump sprayer and soft bristle broom for textured surfaces. For smooth surfaces, consult Color Lab technical services. Do not apply in rain, strong wind, or temperatures below 45°F. Protect area for 24 hours post-application. Recoat in 20–40 minutes if desired. Avoid overworking to prevent bubbling.
