ASTM 1315 WBNY is a water-based, film-forming cure and seal formulated with a crosslinking styrene-acrylic copolymer. It is designed to meet the requirements of ASTM C309 (Type I, Class A & B) and ASTM C1315 (25% & 30% variants) while providing a non-yellowing, satin-finish protective membrane. It is suitable for both interior and exterior use over broomed, troweled, or textured concrete.

Apply as soon as bleed water has evaporated and finishing is complete. Use a low-pressure sprayer for best results; rollers may be used on smooth or exterior surfaces. Apply two thin coats, allowing the surface to become tack-free before recoating. Avoid heavy application, puddling, or over-rolling. Clean tools immediately with water.
