ASTM 1315 WBNY 

  • ASTM 1315 WBNY is a water-based, film-forming cure and seal formulated with a crosslinking styrene-acrylic copolymer. It is designed to meet the requirements of ASTM C309 (Type I, Class A & B) and ASTM C1315 (25% & 30% variants) while providing a non-yellowing, satin-finish protective membrane. It is suitable for both interior and exterior use over broomed, troweled, or textured concrete.

    • Curing freshly placed concrete

    • Sealing new or existing concrete flatwork

    • Suitable for decorative, broomed, stamped, or textured surfaces

    • Protecting architectural, commercial, and residential concrete installations

    • Helps retain moisture during curing for stronger concrete development

    • Forms a breathable, non-yellowing satin film

    • Low odor, low VOC, water-based formula

    • Compatible with spray or roller application methods

    • Meets or exceeds ASTM C309 and C1315 standards

  • Apply as soon as bleed water has evaporated and finishing is complete. Use a low-pressure sprayer for best results; rollers may be used on smooth or exterior surfaces. Apply two thin coats, allowing the surface to become tack-free before recoating. Avoid heavy application, puddling, or over-rolling. Clean tools immediately with water.

    • Works over integrally colored or decorative concrete

    • Can be used in conjunction with topcoat sealers or maintenance coatings

    • Suitable base or wearing layer in multi-seal systems

  • Available in 1, 5 & 55 US. Gal. packaging.
